About
One trailer, then two trucks
Bright Coast is Marcus Deleon and two other people who live within fifteen minutes of most of the houses they clean.
How it started
Marcus bought a used trailer rig in 2019 and worked nights and weekends around another job, mostly driveways in his own neighborhood off Bloomingdale. The first few months were word of mouth and a magnet sign. By the second year it was full time.
What changed the business was learning to soft wash properly. Plenty of outfits in Hillsborough County own a pressure washer and point it at whatever the customer complains about. That works on concrete and ruins almost everything else — shingles lose granules, vinyl takes water behind the laps, stucco loses its sheen, screen mesh stretches, and wood comes up furry once it dries. The damage usually shows up a week later, after the check has cleared.
So Bright Coast runs pressure where pressure belongs, which is flat concrete and pavers, and chemistry everywhere else. It is slower on paper. It also means we have never had to tell a homeowner that the thing we cleaned now needs replacing.
Today
Three people, two trucks
That is the whole company. Marcus still runs a truck most days and quotes every job himself. There are no subcontractors, no rotating crew, and nobody on the schedule who hasn’t been trained on the soft wash system.
Staying small is deliberate. It keeps the same person on your property from the quote through the final walkaround, and it means the work gets checked by someone whose name is on the truck. We’re licensed and insured, and we’ll email the certificate to you or your HOA before we start if that’s useful.
We work Riverview, Brandon, Apollo Beach, Valrico, Ruskin, Gibsonton and Lithia — a radius we can cover without rushing anyone’s job to make the next one.
What you can expect
- A flat written price before we start — not an hourly rate that grows
- A text the morning of your appointment with an arrival window
- Plants soaked and tarped before chemistry goes on, rinsed again after
- No pressure anywhere near a roof, screen enclosure or caulk line
- A walkaround with you before we invoice; anything missed is redone that day
- Proof of license and insurance on request, at no charge
