What we do
Five things, done properly.
We are not a whole-home comfort solutions provider. We fix air conditioners, we put in new ones, and we keep them running through a Blythe summer.
Repair, mostly same day
Most calls: $95 diagnosticNot cooling, freezing up, breaker tripping, or making a noise it didn't make last week. We carry the parts that actually fail here — capacitors, contactors, fan motors — so most repairs finish on the first visit instead of turning into a Thursday.
New systems & changeouts
Financing availableWhen a unit is past saving we size the replacement to the house, not to the old box on the pad — half the systems out here were oversized by a builder in a hurry. Written quote, one number, no commission salesman in your kitchen.
Spring tune-ups
Book Feb–AprilCoil clean, refrigerant check, amp draw on the compressor, capacitor tested before it fails in July rather than after. The cheapest hour you will spend all year. Book it in February and you get a slot; book it in June and you get a queue.
Evaporative coolers & conversions
Swamp → refrigeratedWe still service swamp coolers, and we will tell you plainly when one has stopped making sense. If you want to convert to refrigerated air we price the whole job — unit, ductwork, electrical — before anything comes off the roof.
Park models & RVs
Winter visitors welcomeRooftop units, mini-splits in park models, and the odd sizes the big shops would rather not deal with. If you winter here and leave in April, we can check the unit before you get back.
